Point in Common
Community Speaker Series

Education is a life-long process for all of us. No longer can we get by and achieve success with only the education we received in our youth. Please join our community educational leadership for the inaugural 2013-14 Point in Common series. This annual community-based series about education is designed to engage and educate with remarkable speakers from around the country.

This year’s series includes the following:

Matthew Peterson, Ph.D. (Oct. 21, 2013)
MIND Research Institute, speaking on brain science and learning

Dr. Megan Moreno (Jan. 28, 2014)

Sex, Drugs 'n Facebook: Balance and Boundaries in Technology Use

Daniel Coyle (April 29, 2014)
